CEAT Tyre TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AVAILING CASHBACK


1. This Offer (defined hereinbelow) is organized and administered by CEAT Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 463, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai – 400 030 (hereinafter referred to as “CEAT” or “Company”).

2. Offer: Customer can get cashback on purchase of selected tyres and on fulfilment of requirements specified under clause 6. This Offer is open to all individuals residing in the state of Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka of the Republic of India.

3. To participate in this Offer, customer (collectively referred to as “You”) should be:

(a) valid and active UPI account holder in India at all times.

(b) be of or above 18 years of age.

(c) must be a residing in the state of Maharashtra and Karnataka India.

4. By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirement as may be specified by CEAT.

5. The validity of this Offer is from January 01, 2024, commencing at 00:00 hours till January 31, 2024, culminating at 23:59 hours (“Term”). For sake of clarity if Products are purchased on January 31, 2024, the warranty registration needs to be completed within the timeframe mentioned below.

6. To be eligible to avail the Offer and receive a cashback amount as specified below, customer(s) must:

(a) Visit the selected outlet/authorised dealers  specified by CEAT in the state Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka.

(b) Purchase tyres mentioned in Annexure A (“Products”) in quantities and specifications mentioned herein below in a single transaction for a single vehicle:

For the sake of clarity, if a customer purchases more than 4 (four) tyres, he/she shall be eligible for cashback amount only as mentioned above. All the Products purchased shall be of the same variant and size. Purchase shall be made in a single GST invoice on the same day. Multiple purchases made on the same and / or different days during the Offer Period cannot be clubbed together. This Offer is available to the customer only once.

(c) Offer Applicable on Milaze X3 ,SecuraDrive, SecuraDrive SUV, SportDrive, SportDrive SUV and CrossDrive  Platforms only

(d) Not applicable on Fuelsmarrt, CZAR, Milaze LT, EnergyDrive Platforms, BT steel, Steel Plus or any other platforms other than the one mentioned in Clause (b).

(e) Upon purchase of the Products, collect GST invoice.

(f) The customer within 48 hours from the date and time of purchase needs to register the warranty of the purchased Products at https://www.ceat.com/warranty.html. Alternatively, the customer may take assistance from dealer and register the warranty through CEAT assist portal. Registration of the warranty is one of the mandatory requirements for claiming the cashback under this Offer.

(g) Whilst registering the warranty, the customer needs to upload GST invoice referred above and enter the vehicle number or such other details as required while registering the warranty.

(h) Upon warranty registration, customer will receive a message on the mobile number provided by the customer while registering the warranty that the warranty has been registered successfully.

(i) Warranty Registration should be mandatorily done within 48 hours from the date of  Tyre Purchase.

(j) External agency as mentioned in point 7(xxv) hired by the Company will verify the details submitted by the customer such as GST invoice, vehicle details, mobile number etc.

(k) Post successful verification of the details of customer by the external agency, cashback will be sent to the customer on its registered mobile number through UPI mode.

(l) Customer will have to allow the External agency appointed by CEAT to automatically fetch the UPI ID linked to the Warranty registered mobile number for processing cashback.

(m) If UPI account of customer is not linked to the mobile number provided by the customer, then customer will be asked to share his/her alternate mobile number which is linked to the UPI account and accordingly the cashback amount will be credited.

(n) The mobile number and vehicle number cannot be used by the customer for more than once.

(o) Customers should upload all required documents within the timeframes mentioned above. If documents are not uploaded, no claim can be made to CEAT by customer under any circumstances.

(p) CEAT shall not be responsible if the customer is unable to avail this Offer due to an incorrect email address, incorrect address, incorrect details, incorrect phone number provided by the customer, etc.

(q) The Offer shall not be extended to the same customer who has already received cashback under this Offer.

(r) This Offer is restricted to an end consumer purchasing Products herein. Dealer and sub-dealer of CEAT, CEAT employees, CEAT channel partners shall not be entitled to avail this Offer.

7. Other terms and conditions:

i.  The Products are available without this Offer.

ii.  This Offer is for a limited period, i.e. till the Term.

iii.  This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by CEAT.

iv.  This Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise.

v.  In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, CEAT reserves the right to revoke this Offer and disqualify any customer from getting the benefits of this Offer.

vi.  In the event if CEAT is of the opinion that customer is attempting to abuse or misuse or exploit this Offer then CEAT shall have the right to revoke this Offer and disqualify any customer from getting the benefits/cashback under this Offer, without any recourse.

vii.  CEAT has made no warranty or guarantee in whole or in part, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to the benefit/cashback.

viii.  CEAT will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the customer that is caused by:

-  technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer.

-  any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of cash back provided under this Offer.

-  any other events beyond CEAT's control that may cause this Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the customer.

ix.  Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time-to-time, arising out of this Offer and cashback, shall be borne and paid by the customer. The customer shall indemnify and keep CEAT Indemnified against any losses, claims, expenses, costs and actions initiated against CEAT due to any non-compliance by the customer.

x.  CEAT standard warranty condition in respect of Products will apply.

xi.  In case if customer is finding difficulty in tracing an authorized dealer in State of Maharashtra and Karnataka, please contact CEAT at 1800 221 213 / 1800 267 1213 or visit www.ceat.com.

xii.  CEAT may at its sole discretion vary/amend/change the eligibility criteria, terms and conditions etc. for the Offer, without providing any reasons thereof.

xiii.  CEAT reserves the exclusive and unconditional right to withdraw/ suspend/ cancel this Offer without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

xiv.  The cashback may take from 10-15 working days to reflect in the customer’s UPI account.

xv.  Cashback is applicable only once per customer.

xvi.  Same Mobile number cannot be used more than once for cashback offer. Also Cash back cannot be sent for more than once on any mobile number

xvii.  You shall ensure that in order to avail the cashback, You need to activate your UPI account and complete KYC requirements and other requirements to operate UPI account.

xviii.  You shall ensure that You comply with all requirements set forth by the entity operating your UPI account to avail the cash back.  CEAT shall not be responsible for any difficulties that You may face due to lack of compliance of their terms and conditions.

xix.  CEAT shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which You are unable to avail the cashback.

xx.  CEAT’s decision shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Offer. Under no circumstance, shall CEAT be liable to You and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever.

xxi.  The customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep CEAT harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by CEAT as a consequence of (i) violation of the T&C by the customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the customer’s part.

xxii.  The customer shall provide his/her name, mobile number, residence address, other contact details (if applicable), email address and any other information (if so requested) that may be required by  CEAT (collectively “Personal Information”) in order to participate in the Offer and You shall be bound by the “Privacy Policy” available on CEAT’s website.

By sharing Personal Information, the customer hereby expressly:

-  confirms that the information shared by she/he is complete, correct and accurate; and

-  confirms that she/he is authorized to disclose such Personal Information and that such disclosure complies with the privacy legislation within the geographical scope of this Offer, and the use of such Personal Information by CEAT as contemplated herein (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to external agencies or third parties) is permitted; and

-  consents / permits CEAT to use and share (including third parties) the Personal Information for all purposes connected to the Offer and as per applicable laws. In view of such consent the customer shall not be entitled to file any claims against CEAT for using or sharing the said Personal Information for purposes connected to this Offer; and

-  agrees to waive the ‘Do not Disturb’ subscribed by them and confirms that CEAT or its representatives or agents shall be entitled to contact the customer for any particulars pertaining to the Offer and related activities.

xxiii.  CEAT is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein.

xxiv.  The decision of CEAT in all matters related hereto (including interpretation of these T&C) shall be final and binding.

xxv.  The customer agrees that these T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
