  • EMBARK - Group Management Resources

    EMBARK is a 12-month long comprehensive program designed to provide young General Management Resources (GMRs) with intense functional induction, along with cross-functional exposure to get a holistic picture of the overall organisation.

    GMRs connect with senior management of CEAT and RPG at regular intervals to keep sharing their observation, thoughts and fresh perspectives during every stint of the versatile program. The program is centrally anchored and reviewed by GMR office and the GMR Steering Committee chaired by SVP – Manufacturing, Dilip Modak.

  • Impressions - Summer Internship Program

    We offer premier B-school students summer internships and access to live cross-functional projects, where they work with complete autonomy directly under senior leaders. The efforts of the interns are valued and inputs are encouraged and implemented.

  • RPG Blizzard

    RPG Group’s campus outreach program Blizzard connects with premier B-school students pan-India through various touchpoints. It engages the top brains at campuses to respond to realistic business situations using case studies.

  • Happiness Carnival

    A new and innovative approach to campus engagement, the RPG Happiness Carnival is a 15-day long event conducted on B-school campuses to introduce students to the RPG way of life.
